openings. As of March 2010, there are openings in the 3- and

4-year old afternoon classes for the 2010-11 school year, or

you can be placed on the waiting list for a morning or lunchbox class.

To register, bring with you:

• Your child’s Birth Certificate
• A copy of your child’s Immunization Records
• Doctor and Dentist name and phone number
• Emergency Contacts (names & phone numbers of two

    persons other than parent/guardian)

• Registration fee of $100 (nonrefundable)

Classes and Tuition Rates for 2010-2011:

Children age 3 before September 1^st  2010 (toilet trained):

• Tuesday & Thursday

9:00-11:30 am or 12:30-3:00 pm

$1,050/year or $105.00/month (10 payments)

Children age 4 before September 1^st 2010:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

9:00-11:30 am or 12:30-3:00 pm

$1,350/year or $135.00/month (10 payments)

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Lunchbox

9:00 am-1:00 pm

$2,000/year or $200.00/month (10 payments)

• Tuesday & Thursday Lunchbox

9:00am-1:00pm

$1,400/year or $140.00/month (10 payments)

Registration fee  $100.00 (nonrefundable)

Preschool + Elementary registration = $40 off of Preschool registration fee

Cross of Hope Lutheran Preschool & Elementary School use the FACTS program for families who choose to pay on a monthly basis. FACTS is an automatic tuition payment program. A cancelled check or credit card information will be needed to enroll. A $38.00 enrollment fee will be assessed by FACTS.
